How are the items being delivered?

Items are typically delivered via Australia Post, Aramex, Toll, Allied Express, Hunter Express, CouriersPlease and IGX, depending on size and weight. A tracking number will be provided after the item is dispatched.

Note we only use carriers nominated by our suppliers.

To cancel your order

If you would like to cancel an order, please email loveofpetsaus@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your order has been canceled successfully, you will receive a confirmation message. If your order can’t be canceled in your account, you can contact our team to request order cancellation.

Please note that your order can only be cancelled if your items have not been dispatched already.

Shipping delivery time

Delivery time frames vary depending on the individual supplier and their nominated carrier. Please email loveofpetsaus@gmail.com for delivery timeframes for your order.

When will the item be dispatched?

Depending on the supplier, most items will be dispatched the next business day after full payment is received.

 

Pick up Option?

At this stage we don’t have a pick up option.

Where can I find the delivery information?

Tracking details will be emailed to you.

 

What if I need to change the delivery address?

Once you’ve placed an order through loveofpetsaus.com.au, order details can’t be changed. However, you can cancel the order and place the order with a different address.
